I'm pretty sure this guy didn't realize his jauntily placed cap was a hand made crochet affair complete with beige non-matching pompon.We scoped him out on our way through Chinatown early one Saturday morning, calmly pedaling along with his cap perched on top of his head, instead of pulled snugly down.
Black crochet, bold red stripe, and funny little pompon to top it off!
